Return Policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Not completely satisfied with the quality of product or ordered the wrong colour? You can return any unopened products within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund following proof of purchase and a satisfactory reason for complaint. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items. 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!  However, we do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

DO I PAY FOR RETURNS?

When returning by Post, all costs must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Fashionstore.ie.  Please allow 7 days for the refund to show on your credit/debit card.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are happy to exchange your returned item for an item of equal value.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

As soon as the returns are received at the address, you will be reimbursed within 14 days (from the day you sent your return parcel) by means at our discretion. You’ll receive an email confirming this.
